The importance the paternal function for child development

Abstract

In this article, we aim to think about paternal role at construction of father-child bond, in a certain social and culture context. We bring the discussion that being a father exceeds biological determinants. Therefore, wishes, affection and law application are more valued elements when the father is the most important social tutor, as well as he protects and gives security to his child, toward a healthy psychological development in the childhood and adult life.
