Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The article must be original and must not be under simultaneous review or previously published by another journal. Submissions of articles published as preprints are accepted, provided that this information is recorded in the submission and copyright form, including the generated DOI.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; it uses a 12-point font; it uses italics instead of underlining (except for URLs); figures and tables are included within the text, not at the end of the document as appendices.
- The text must adhere to the style standards and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Instructions for Authors.
